any plugin for administrator to upload themes, plugins and applications?

please is there a plugin for administrator that will enable him to upload (and install) new plugins, themes and applications? Because for now I have to copy all new 'features' to server manually.

There is not any plugin to do this at the moment.
The best approach for creating one is to customise the file upload plugin and create an application for it.
