Upgrade Vanilla 2.x to 2.y?

I installed 2.0.3 and I want to upgrade to the latest version. I am not able to find the right instructions for doing the upgrade:

Please help me as I am very new to Vanilla!

and was able to upgrade from 2.0.1 to 2.0.9 in one shot - with everything working properly. Ref: http://nepali.im/

@mclovin : Thanks. But that looks like 1.x to 2.x upgrade. Is that instructions applicable for 2.x to 2.y as well.

It looks like 2.x to 2.y upgrade. Can somebody confirm?

It's better if the doc is updates as it is difficult to find the right instruction for upgrading 2.x. to 2.y via search.
