I've noticed a lot of patches and fixes posted around in various questions and pieces. Would it be worth adding it as a project to github such that the developer can manage commit, changes, etc over time and we can all see what's going on?

    This project is managed in GitHub but on a private repository. It was not going to be released in its current incarnation initially, hence the private repo. We might move it to a public one in the future.
