[THEME] Convert Vanbook to Vanilla v2

Hi everybody, I tried to make the Vanbook for Vanilla v2... but this is not too simple! =(

PS2. I installed also Vanilla v1 for convert the theme... because I didn't understand more PHP code... it's confused! =S

you haven't explained what's wrong with what you've already made, or what you want it to do. we don't know what you want.

I have more problem with the integrations! =(
Like when you're in the lists of the categories, it's not the same!
The classes and the ids are totally different!
Did you try to install it?
