the how to ask and how to format on the ask a question page, can someone post a tutorial on how to implement this.


How to Format
    *  HTML is allowed
    * Place code samples in <code> tags
    * Provide details like:
          o Exact error messages
          o Browser & version
          o PHP version
          o MySQL version



How to Ask

    * We prefer questions that can be answered, not just discussed.
    * Provide details.
    * Write clearly and descriptively.

Bad: HELP!!!!!!
Good: Error during install process: "no input file specified"
