Vanilla Connect plugin, will it be free?
Vanilla Connect is no longer supported. jsConnect is Vanilla's current single-signon solution.
Hi! Couldn't seem to find this information anywhere on the site; will the vanilla connect plugin be available for custom installations and will it be free? Only information I could find was a page that said "In order to use Vanilla Connect, you must purchase the Plus or Premium plan." but I'm guessing that is only for the hosting solutions?
Also, do you have an estimate as to when this plugin may be available?

2 is supposed to work within a single domain (but I think it also appears to work with co-located domains) and is the addon you link to.3 is for a paid service to hosted forums at http://vanillaforums.com also documented at http://vanillaforums.com/info/vanillaconnect which could be used for example to have a paid for forum at vanillaforums.com to support your own WordPress or any other application site hosted at AnyOtherHostingProvider.com so its a cross-domain SingleSignOn. link 3 seems to imply it could become available for general use at some stage, but I can see it needing considerable security hardening before its ready for general use for connections to domains other than vanillaforums.com
