"Name Unavailable" ... "Email Unavailable"

I spent 2 days full time setting up and designing and customizing and adding a theme and "approved addons' to Vanilla Forums ... and when a friend signed-up, all he got was "Name Unavailable" ... "Email Unavailable" over and over and over. You people are gonna pay for that !!! ... You Watch.

We now are using SMF with no problems.
