Anyway to manuly approve users/change the timezone of the site.

    1) How are those two related?
    2) manually approve users: Go to Dashboard -> Registration -> Approval and then you will have a new entry with Applicants
    3) Time zone, no idea. I think it takes it by default from PHP. If you think it's a bug, you can report it.
