Version: Vanilla 2.0.11
Problem:
If i'm the last to answer a discussion, the #item_X link is incorrect, eg:
Logged with my account on this page, #Item_ is 2
http://achiev.us/discussion/3/presentation-onizuka/#Item_2
But with the test account (the last who answered the discussion) the #Item_ is 3

Is this a bug?
