disable html in comments, but allow bbcodes

Hi! I have enabled the plugin HtmLawed, in the comments works HTML and BBCode. How to disable HTML, but do not touch BBCode? (Vanilla 2)

    HtmLawed "purifies" the html tags posted so you won't have to worry about security threats. I believe you can say it is relatively safe to use html.

    How can I disable HTML completely? I just want BBCode to be used.

    add this to config.php

    $Configuration['Garden']['InputFormatter'] = 'BBCode; // Html, BBCode, Markdown, Text
