Private Community Plugin Issue

The Private Community plugin prevents the "terms of service" text from displaying (and funkifies the TOS display window somewhat). Is there a way to exempt "terms of service" from being private and still use the plugin?

    Important tning to understand is that this plugin does nothing, but enabling built-in private mode in your forum. So, after you have enabled private community mode you can safely remove this plugin.
