Couple questions about v2

Hey all,

Just recently (finally) upgraded my board to Vanilla 2. There are a host of things I'm wondering how to do, and I'm learning as I go, but there are two in particular I'd like to deal with ASAP:

-Reordering side panels...I believe there was an extension I used to do this with Vanilla 1, but I can't remember at this point. I have the Who's Online extension installed, and I'd like to have that be the first panel.
-Turn off the highlight on the discussions one has created when one is signed in. Cool feature, but I don't care for the way it looks, and would like to disable it.

for the highlight thing, just edit the CSS in the theme.

background: #EDITME;
}

just change that 'editme' value to whatever you wanted it to be.
