This is a bugfix release.

Changes:
- Fixed bug where, when the saving mechanism is changed, FileUpload uses the known save path to serve a file, instead of trying to manually re-calculate the file's path

Tim, any chance of a fix to the file upload bug that prevents files with apostrophes in their filename from uploading?

Bug:

       $Sender->AddCssFile('admin.css');

Is not required. Moreover it breaks minify (two similar paths in one request).

It also breaks Vanilla on Steroids plugin in dashboard. I just don't understand why this happens. Any clue?
