"Addon addon"? Like the addons on vanillaforums.org

Hi, I searched the forums but no results. I am looking for a solution like the addon section of the vanilla community. I would like to integrate such for a documentation purpose website. I think it would be great to implement it like on php.net, a documentation and related discussions.

But I can't find any addon that allows me to do something like this. Or, more generally, are there any solutions for "related discussions"? For example if you would like to connect your blog entries / articles with forum discussions.

Any help greatly appreciated.

i'm also after this. i need a thread-organized comment system like the question part at Vanilla's Addons pages. it seems totally seamless between this community and the individual Addon's pages.
