HTML won't display

A few days ago the HTML in comments started to be sanitized, so < and > print as < and >, which means the Quotes extension doesn't work either.
I don't remember checking an option for that and I don't see one anywhere either.
I'm probably just being blind, can someone point me in the right direction?

Edit: I'm running version 2.0.13

Edit: NVM, someone had disabled the HTMLawed plugin. Fixed now.

    @Raize: Hey mate, yeah it's coming along well. Still seems like it should be beta or RC though IMO.
    I'm holding out hope for a solid release soon so I can switch over :)
    Are you working on V2?
