List page numbers at the top of a discussion page (and next to discussion title)

Right now if a discussion spans across multiple pages, the page links are shown at the very bottom of the page. It might be nice to also show these at the top of the discussion page so that you don't have to scroll all the way down to the bottom to get to them.
Also: I already submitted this to github, but wanted to mention it here as well because I think it'd be so useful: if a discussion contains multiple pages, show links to the first and last couple of pages in the discussion directly next to the discussion title on the discussion list pages (/discussions, etc). That way if there are, say, 8 pages, the user can just click on '8' and be taken to the last page, while if they want to start from the first page they can just click either the discussion title link or the "1" link.
