Change My Picture doesn't work

After uploading the photos the user avatar still remains to the default image. When i check the GDN_User table the field Photo doesnt have any value. however the upload was successful and the image resides in the userpics folder.

Any help is much appreciated

    Have you tried shift+f5 while on your profile page?

    Yes I did that.. Since the value is not in Photo field.. I hope it may not be a cache issue. I believe after uploading the value is not stored in the table.
