Existing quotes destroyed in 2.0.14

I have upgrade to 2.0.14 and notice that all my existing quotes in discussions have changed back into html(?). Do I need to activate the other quotes plugin as well as the one int the core to get things back to normal? Anyone else have this?

I'm not sure what you mean by "changed back into html" ?

Core quoting simply consists of a style applied to the BLOCKQUOTE html element.

  • Sorry, they are no longer rendered. They look like this:

    blockquote class="UserQuote">

I am not sure if they were created with "Quotes" or "Quote Selection" since I had tried both in the past.

That looks like Quotes. If you've disabled HTML since upgrading, you'll have this issue. Is HTMLawed turn on for you?

  • Ok Tim,

Thanks! That was it. I turn off my plug-ins before I upgrade and I missed activating HTMLawed after the new install. Now I know what that plug-in does!
