Tabbed theme? Search window above discussion list? Context sensitive tips?

I like the tabbed theme that Vanilla uses here on this Forum.

I also like the search window right above the discussion window and the "Context sensitive tips" box on the right side when you compose a message.

Are any of these ideas in available themes / plugins?

Any leads on how I'd add them to my Vanilla site?

@LarryK You could download & install http://vanillaforums.org/addon/527-vanillaforums.org-old-blue and then make a clone of this theme and modify the theme to your likings?
