Editing locale

For some reason when I added a plugin (can't remember which) it changed the text "start a discussion" to "ask a question". Where do I edit this back to what it was?

    Actually, just found it is the "voting" plugin, when enabled it changes the text which is highly annoying! How do I stop this from happening?!

    Ok, sorted it...it must add some new text or something...annoying!
