How can I modify vanilla to allow guests to ask questions. Maybe there exists a plugin or something.
Second: How can I modify meta tags and keywords from main page and make them dinamically for each page?

Overall the resounding answer is you cant.
Somebody needs to either create a plugin for it or wait till this is implemented in core.
