Attach button not there and plugin settings 404

Just downloaded the newest vanilla and tried this on 2 installations, I've installed the plug-in added updated the role for the user to allow upload but still no luck seeing any sort of upload button in the comment form.

I also noticed that when I clicked on the settings button in the plugin area it says page not found.

any ideas or suggestions would be most helpful,

    Figured it out, basically when I downloaded it on my mac and unzipped it the name of the folder became "FileUploader 2" which I thought was the new version but it looks like the space in the folder name was messing it up
