Why are the thumbnails so small?

My website is http://www.freedesigncritique.com and I noticed that on all of my posts, the image is so small you can't even see it. And now you can't even click on it to see a larger one.
Is this just happening to me?

    Make sure people have permission to download files. Do this in the dashboard on the Roles & Permissions screen.
