Check the locales in this plugin

After downloading this plugin, all of my "Discussions" were now "Questions". After 30 minutes of learning about the innards of Vanilla, I discovered someone left some customization in ./locales/en-CA.php. Am I missing something, or should this be removed from the plugin?

    I understand now why the locales were changed, but it is very much not apparent to a new user.
