Options
POST (or "create") APIs?
All the apis seem to read-only, i.e. GETs - see http://www.vanillaforums.org/page/API. Are there POST APIs or has anyone created an extension to do that? For example, can I create an account using the API?

Yep, it's read-only.
The structure is not far from being able to provide an update API. I don't know if there is an API-based authentication module yet, as I could see that would be needed.
