Unique Emails

Hi, I already searched so sorry if this has been asked before. I would like to know how you can make emails unique? Today someone tried to make a bunch of 0 post accounts using the same email and I figured it would be great if Vanilla has an easy way to stop that.

resorting to IP banning if there's no easy solution. thanks!
