Problem With Installation

I upload files in root drectory...but when I go to may domain: wwww.dollarshare.us he show me error:

Fatal error: Class 'PDO' not found in /home/dollarsh/public_html/conf/config.php on line 16

What I must fix and how?

    @lion91 - please email support your web hosting to enable this function or if you using localhost while this error u need to Google.
    other software require is Drupal.
