The forum works fine with php and have the correct permissions

1-One problem I have is that I need to put the option to approve records but when you want to add to any social network like facebook enter without permission
2-When you register and agree to the user, deveria to receive an email but the user gets nothing
3-When a user is logged deveria deveria send a notice to the board administrator to approve or not the user to register to the forum
