post comment button disabled after one post!!

I have a strange bug! When I post a comment, this one is displayed with a yellow background and the post comment button is disabled. So I can't post a other comment!! But when I refresh my page, all become okay! If it can help to find the problem, when I inspect the element with google chrome debug tool it give me this error "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '0' of undefined". I search to resolve this bug for a moment. thank!!

    It's okay I've found it! It was my personnalized theme that cause that bug!
