Posting and Editing errors, no redirect, no refresh

Hi, its my first time on Vanilla, i didn't found any information on the Docs so Ive posted this here, My server/installation met all the requirements, installed the latest version from this site, confirmed the permissions (even 777) but the problem its still there, I have the default theme, no plugins enabled, but when someone posts a new topic or edits one theres a long string with the collection of the post or something like that, heres the error:






What could be wrong, theres something to debug or see the error log?

Also when login if theres is a wrong user/password the next login will not refresh if its succesful (even in this official forum xD), in my forum if the user/pass its ok does not redirect to the discussions page, just stays there, same when editing users.. but i think i can live with that.
