How do I switch between "Ask a Question" and "Start a new Discussion"?

I have no idea what I did but my forum (http://sparkysminecraft.com/forum) seems to be stuck on "Ask a Question" mode - but I want a discussion board, not a Q&A board. How do I change this?

    Update: I've figured it out, turns out the Voting plugin does this automatically. But it doesn't tell you that anywhere!

    Go to conf/locale.php and add the line:

    $Definition['Start a New Discussion'] = 'Your text here';

    But then with every update we have to edit that, Should someone just fix the plug-in?

    I added that line and it does not fix the error for me

    Go to plugins/voting/locale
    click on en-Ca.php
    there you can make the changes

    That's how fixed mine.......
