translating setup page
hi..
I've translated all the strings to kurdish language ,but the main setup page ,which it contain (database name , database password ,site title ,...etc) ,,and befor that the CHMOD alert page ,where it says you have to change config ,cache ,upload CHMODS ,there i mean this page too i can't translated ,,is there any how to?
