[ProxyConnect] Vanilla Cookie Domain

Hi, I am trying to setup Vanilla 2.0.16 + ProxyConnect 1.8.4 + Wordpress 3.1 RC2 and I have a question about Vanilla Cookie Domain.

Suggested Value of Vanilla Cookie Domain option in ProxyConnection settings is empty. What value should I put there?

You want it set to the root domain of both your sites.

What are the addresses sites your trying to link (WP and Vanilla)?

Hi Tim, thanks for answering. I am trying to setup Wordpress + Vanilla locally; these are the locations:

- Wordpress: http://localhost/wordpress/
- Vanilla: http://localhost/vanilla/

Just leave the CookieDomain blank on both then.

Sorry to hijack the thread.

I'm trying to use ProxyConnect on the following local domains:
http://www.cms.local
http://forum.cms.local

ProxyConnect correctly figured out the cookie domain should be .cms.local but it's not actually being set to that in any of the Vanilla cookies. It's still forum.cms.local Should it be?

Any ideas? Thanks.
