Name is 20 characters too long !!

Hello

when i write topic

look : Name is 20 characters too long

What is the problem ?

    Reproducible procedures would be very helpful.
    you mean discussion name is too long? Or category name?

    No idea if discussion name only contain ASCII.
    Discussion name length has database limitation but it's 100chars.
    When a long named discussion is posted, you don't see any message. Just truncate to 100 in silence.
    So I don't know what's going on.

    Vanilla 2.0.16 on XAMPP.
