Allow Guests to Post?

Is there anyway to assign permissions to guests to allow them to post. I already have a user system on my website, and I don't want them users to have to make two separate accounts, one for my site and then one for the forums, in order to post questions.

Any help?

You would be better served using Vanilla's remote authentication functions to tie into your existing site's account system. Allowing guest posting = spam plain and simple. At the very least you would need to add in CAPTCHA mechanism though that will only minimize abuse.
