How is my theme???

Hello I configured some colors of theme by using theme help on this site.
The only thing I could not change is menu link under banner ;

How can I change text color of this area?

    if you're using Chrome, right click "Inspect element" and determine the class name of the container and work from there.

    I'm using Firebug addon on firefox and found that class name is style.css but I couldn't find how to edit that white part's background yet :(

    The class name is most likely NOT style.css. That is the file where you should define style overwrites.

    If this is a dashboard message, a quick test reveals that this message can either have a class of "info" or "warning".
