Why is <embed> so slow?

My test site is up at yourprofolio.com/support2.php where i have vanilla embedded. The actual location of the forum is at yourprofolio.com/help/

Can anyone tell me why it is SO slow to load? I disabled all the extensions, but it's taking forever...
