Friendly URLs on IIS 7.5 via URL Rewrite

Is there a way to have vanilla use IIS 7/7.5's URL Rewrite (http://www.iis.net/download/URLRewrite) to give enable friendly URLs on a Windows 2008+IIS+MySQL stack?
