Add-in to notify members of a new posting?

Hi folks,

I've had members of my board ask if they could get an email every time someone posts a new topic, since they don't check that often and they're afraid they might miss something. Is this possible with any type of add-on or plug-in?

Ah! Okay I found this one:

But it isn't "code-reviewed". Is that bad? Should I worry about that?

The forums have RSS feeds so your members can see the list of updates. If your members have a specific topic they like to follow, they can bookmark it and get notified when someone comments in it.
