Distinguish between discussion and comment voting, etc.

Voting is great, and was the motivator for upgrading. Some minor ideas.
We use our forum for product support and customer ideas. The "Stack Overflow" system isn't quite what we want.
We need to allow customers to vote for **discussions** in the "Ideas" category only.
Conversely, we want them to vote for **comments** in discussions in the "Support Query" category only.
We're working around these issues by hacking up locale files to change back to "Discussion" and "Comment" rather than "Question" and "Answer", across all categories, and intend to style the voting buttons so comment voting buttons are a different colour to the discussion voting buttons - not currently clear when viewing a discussion.

Being able to do all this through the UI, and being able to customise the voting settings on a per-category basis, would be ideal.
