Is it possible to post the video tutorial in vanilla forum ?

I want to have facility where the forum user can able to post the videos in the forum, Is it possible to post the video on vanilla forum ?

I don't want to use the youtube or any other external resources to load my videos, I just need to vanilla for my internal purposes, so, I do not use the public video websites like youtube.com
