Tested on the latest popular browsers.

    Looks horrible.
    Could you say your:
    1. Install folder (root or directory)
    2. Enabled/Disabled Rewriting Urls.

    2. from what I know I have disabled the rewrite urls

    I have also not working Captcha, it works only for the first time, if not correctly enter the code, the more captcha does not appear, instead it is also empty box
