[FileUpload Addon] Permission issues using fileUpload

Hello, I experience problems with permissions using this plugin:

1.) I'm not able to use the settings page of the plugin within the dashbard - it always says "Permission Problem You don't have permission to do that"

2.) If I try to delete an image while in the post comment form, when I click "Okay" when I'm asked if I'm sure I want to do that, another layer pops up which says that I don't have the permission to do that.

Just a cheap work around replace all of 'Garden.AdminUser.Only' with 'Garden.Settings.Manage'
