[Addon request]: spam user management

I have a request for an addon, if anyone is interested in building it, please go ahead!
On our board we have the Captcha enabled in the registration form but still we get a lot of new spam users. They don't post but still I would like to clean them up once in a while.
It would be great if there was a management addon that would allow an administrator to select users depending on registration date (e.g. 3+ months ago), # visits and/or # posts.
I would then like to be able to review the results and check those users that are really spam bots (not all are) and delete them.
If anyone was looking for an idea to implement and likes this one, go ahead and make me happy
