[Bug] 404 HTTP Header Status is incorrect

When I test out the 404 page on a Vanilla forum (including this one) the 404 page is returning a status of: HTTP/1.1 200 OK

The 404 page should return a status of HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found. It's really bad for SEO to have dead pages with 200 status codes.

Is there an easy way to fix this?
