[SOLVED] can't find a proper way to DISABLE registration

hi!

i found a couple of post regarding same issue but i can't seem to find the "close registration" option in the dashboard. so, my question remains: how can I completely close down registration and make the forums visible only to registrated users.

i found the last option can be acvhieved with private community plugin but still can't find the way to disable registrations...
