Is this possible with Vanilla?
One installation using one database:
I want a global admin that can administer all forums and all users.
I want a category for the sites main forums and a category for user forums.
I want registered users to be able to create and moderate their own forums, but not be able to moderate other forums.
I want all users to be able to view all forums.
