How To Customize Display With Vanilla ?

I was wondering if anybody know of any AddOns to customized their Vanilla setup for the following purpose.
1) Showcase the following threads types instead of "All Discussion"
-most views
- most replies
- newest threads
- bookmarked threads by user.
I see that this very forum is using a version of this

2) Sub Topics Structures ?
Instead of only showcasing Main Topics Category, also showcase the sub topic categories.
Example Structures
Sports (Main)
- Football (Sub)
- Baseball (Sub)
- Basketball (Sub)
3) Showcase the different topics from different categories in chronological order
I think if you see this forum, you would know what i'm referring to.
