Registration "Invite"

If I select "invitation" as my registration method is the application dealt with instantly and the user is given instant access or is it done as "admin approval" ?

    If a user types the invitation code and registers, he/she is given instant access as the user is invited be someone inside.

    instant access is given as the invitation code will be generated via email to the invite person who will click on the link and it will land him to the the register page with the invite code alreadt fill up.
