How to Edit the Menu Bar?

Hello, I'm new to Vanilla and thanks to Todd, I have it looking like a traditional forum. But is there a way to modify it so when a user clicks on "discussions" in the Menu Bar, they are routed to my categories page? Is there a way to do this without editing code, or will I just have to edit the css/html?

I think that's a v2.0.17+ feature?
I don't I have that in my 2.0.16. So maybe an upgrade will be necessary if I'm right .
